Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person meetings ensuring clear and effective communication.
Assist clients with product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and resolving complaints with patience and empathy.
Process orders, returns, and data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office tools and internal systems.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback to support continuous improvement.
Conduct follow up with clients, gather feedback, or promote new products or services.
Provide support in client onboarding and account management activities to foster strong relationships.
Demonstrate excellent communication and active listening skills to understand customer needs thoroughly.
Requirements
